C.E.C.I. Solutions is a family owned business bringing reasonably priced computer and imaging support to the local area. The company's main goal is to provide support and assistance to the home owner and small business. Based in Gray, Maine the business was formed in 2001 and previously operated as Gray PC Repair until 2005 when it added new segments to the business, Photography and Imaging.

David has over 15 years experience in the computer industry. He has worked at several local companies providing them IT support since 1992. He is a CompTIA A+ Certified PC Repair Technician and is a Dell Certified Technician as well. Mr. Payne is a graduate of SMCC Computer Technology program.

He provides supports for both the hardware and software request, handles all the Networking solutions and is the web designer. Currently he works for a National IT Outsourcing Firm and is assigned to one client as the only Level 3 Hardware Tech providing third tier hardware support to over 3400 employees in 100 offices.

Over the years David has developed a wide range of technical contacts and has the ability to employ additional help for larger jobs.

Tina, a RN by day is responsible for the Photography, Videography and Imaging side of the business. She has several years of experience in these areas and in such is a contributor to the web design process.

She has spent many hours working with the latest technology and imaging programs to master them. This allows us to provide you with outstanding imaging and photography solutions.
